Heard on I.A.No. 8660/2019, an application for correction and modification of order dated 30.04.2019.

Learned counsel appeared on behalf of the applicants submits that the main petition has filed for quashing the order dated 12.12.2018, whereby charges against the applicants have been framed for the offences punishable under Section 25/26 read with Section 44 of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, under Section 24 read with Section 43 of Water Act and under Section 33-d read with Section 41 of Water Act.

In view of the order dated 30.04.2019, this Court has mentioned that the case is fixed for argument on charge and on that I.A. No. 3365/2019.

After hearing the submission of counsel for the applicants and on perusal of the order dated 30.04.2019, this mistake is apparently noted, therefore, order dated 30.4.2019 is hereby recalled.

Learned counsel for the applicants argued this matter finally, at this stage.
