Two petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 635 of 2016, registered under Sections 43/44 of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act and Section 37 / 38 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, lodged on the basis of one complaint filed by Ram Narayan Choudhary, Regional Officer, Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, Dhanbad, opposite party no. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board has appeared and seeks some time for taking instructions and to file counter affidavit.

List this case after four weeks.

Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 635 of 2016, pending in the court of J.M., 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat.
