ORAL ORDER
2 09-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 37, 38(d) of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Section 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.
Request of the petitioner for grant of bail in the event of arrest was rejected by the Sessions Judge, Patna under order No. 10 dated 19.11.2013. Petitioner thereafter filed this petition on 25.08.2015 and the explanation submitted by him about delay is not satisfactory. In the circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the petition, which is rejected.
