In view of the preliminary objection raised by learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 that against the impugned order the Petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy to approach National Green Tribunal u/s 31(B) of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach National Green Tribunal.
