1. The order (Annexure P-1) is admittedly an appealable order as per the provisions of Section 31-B of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which provide for an appeal before National Green Tribunal.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner is relegated to the statutory remedy of appeal.

3. Petition stands disposed of.
