Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gua (Barajamda) P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. In the facts of this case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner, Vijay Kumar Jain. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chaibasa, in connection with Gua (Barajamda) P.S.
