4/12.10.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No.47 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.704 of 2013, for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 4 and 21 of the Pollution Control Act.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 17.11.2014 in ABA No.1971 of 2014.

The petitioner has not surrendered in the Court below, absconding since then, and has renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail, which cannot be considered at this belated stage.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application stands dismissed.
