. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrests in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No. 704 of 2013, for the alleged offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/ 21 of the Pollution Control Act and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

There is allegation against the petitioners to have illegally stacked the stone boulders and running the stone crushers without getting the NOC from the Pollution Control Board.

In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, is hereby rejected.
