Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No.47 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. No.704 of 2013, for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4 & 21 of Pollution Control Act and Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

There being allegation against the petitioner to have illegally stacked the stone boulders and running the stone crusher without getting the NOC from the Pollution Control Board, the earlier anticipatory bail application of this petitioner was rejected on merits by order dated 17.11.2014 in A.B.A. No.1971 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
