                          J U D G M E N T

Ext.P2 is an application made by the petitioner to the respondent requesting for renewal of consent that was issued in her favour in terms of the provisions contained under the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 Central Act 14 of 1981.

2. Taking into account the pendency of the application referred to above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the application for renewal made by the petitioner and orders shall be passed, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 6 weeks of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
