The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 273 of 2017, the case registered under Sections 379/414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 54 of Jharkhand Minor Minerals (Concession) Rule 30, u/s 04 of Jharkhand Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act,1957, Section 21 of Air Pollution & Control Act, 1981.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. It is further submitted that there is nothing cogent and concrete material against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh, in connection with connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 273 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C., subject to the further condition is that on the date of surrender, petitioner shall deposit Rs. 6,000/- in the court below.

The aforesaid deposit is subject to the result of the case.
