Order impugned dated 30.9.2019 passed by the Chief Environment Officer, Lucknow is appealable under Section 33-B (c) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 before the National Green Tribunal.

In view of above, we grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order by availing the aforesaid remedy as provided in the Statute.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
