The challenge in the present petition is to an order passed by the Regional Officer (Pollution), M.P. Pollution Control Board, Satna on 16.03.2017. Such order is an appealable order under Section 31 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

In view of the said fact, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy. The Appellate Authority shall entertain the appeal and decide on merits if the same is filed within fifteen days from today.
