1. The prayer in this petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to take necessary steps to close the industry producing mineral water etc. at Village Ghataur, Tehsil Kharar under the name and style of 'M/s GB Enterprises', respondent No. 4 run by respondent No. 5 being in violation of provision of the water (Provision and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Provision and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since certain factual matrix could not be incorporated in the writ petition, therefore, she may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
