     This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of
the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated
13.07.2016 passed by the respondent vide Annex-K.

    This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this
day, MOHAN M. SHANTANAGOUDAR, J., made the following:

                               ORDER

In view of the alternative and efficacious remedy provided under Section 33B of The Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, we decline to entertain the writ petition.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority, if he so chooses.
