(Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 5 15-11-2017 I.A. No. 7663 of 2017 Taken note of the allegations made in the writ petition which primarily concern violation of the statutory provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.

In two areas in the city of Patna namely, Alamganj and Sultanganj, we direct the competent authority of the Bihar State Pollution Control Board to constitute a team of official to Patna High Court CWJC No.9410 of 2017 (5) dt.15-11-2017 2 visit the area, in question, at least for a week, conduct inspection of the area, verify the facts with regard to the allegations made in both these petitions and submit a report to this Court with regard to the activities, as is alleged in the writ petition. We would proceed to take action in the matter as permissible in law.

Let a report by the Pollution Control Board along with the affidavit from the competent authority be filed on 06.12.2017.

List both the cases on 06.12.2017.
