SANJAY KISHAN KAUL C.J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the provisions of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

In view of the constitution of the Green Tribunal, an application would lie under Section 19 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010. There being a specialized Tribunal, we are of the view that the petitioner should approach the Green Tribunal for redressal of his grievances.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
