This petition has been preferred under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for seeking quashment of order dated 21.11.2012 (Annexure A/10) issued summon by respondent under Sections 25, 44 and 47 of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Cess Act, 1977 along with Sections 21, 37, and 40 of The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
