Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the case for some time requests for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge raising all the pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition. Let the application be filed in RSA No. 809 of 2010, in which the cause of action is closely related to the instant writ. Some interim order has also been passed by the learned Single Judge on 19.5.2011.

Ordered accordingly.
