This petition has been filed seeking direction upon the concerned respondents to keep aside the impugned two permission letters granted to the respondent Nos. 10 and 11 for running the Mobile Tower by Diesel Generator.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will take recourse to the statutory appeal under Section 31 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and they may be permitted to withdraw this petition.

Therefore, we grant permission to withdraw this petition and the writ-petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
