The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 379 of the IPC, Sections 21(1), 21(6) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act Section 4 of the Jharkhand Minor and Minerals Concessions Rules, Section 54 of the Jharkhand Mineral Dealer's Rule and Sections 3/21 (A), 37 of the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the petitioner has no concern with the seized stones and crusher machines.
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the above named petitioner on anticipatory bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, the court below shall release him on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ranchi, in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.54/2017, corresponding to G.R.No.2497/2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and subject to further conditions is that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.25,000/- before the trial court at the time of surrender, which shall be subject to result of the case and will not prejudice the case of the petitioner.
