The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikidiri P.S. Case No. 11/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1206/2016, the case registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 21(1),21(6) of the Mines & Minerals ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1957, section 4 of JMMC Act, section 54 of JMMC Rules, 2004 and section 21(A) and 37 of the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution Act.

Office is directed to call for the case diary and the criminal antecedent report of the petitioner.

List this case after Eight Weeks.

Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with Sikidiri P.S. Case No. 11/2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1206/2016, pending in the court of JM Ranchi.
