. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with O.C.R. Case No. 37 of 2014, for the alleged offence under Section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Sections 38 and 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act,1974.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner of running the stone crusher without obtaining the N.O.C. from the State Pollution Control Board. The cognizance has been taken against the petitioner on the basis of the official complaint filed by the competent authority.

In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, is hereby rejected.
