1. The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for quashing of impugned notices dated 21.01.2011, 11.04.2011 and 12.08.2011 (P-2 to P-4) respectively issued by Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-respondent No.2 whereby directions has been issued to Chief Engineer (Operation)-respondent No.4 to disconnect the electric supply to the shop of the petitioner.

2. It is conceded as a fact that the appeal under Section 31 of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, is maintainable.

3. Let an appeal be filed against order dated 12.08.2011 (P-4). If such an appeal is filed within four weeks from today then the application for condonation of delay shall be sympathetically considered.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
