The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of complaint No.PBM003-000068-2015 dated 2.1.2015 (Annexure P3) under Section 44 read with Section 47 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.

Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
