The order impugned is appealable under Section 30 of The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority.

Prayer made is allowed. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
