Control of Pollution) Act 1981, as amended and (2) Section 25 of the Water
(Prevention and Control of Pollution Act, 1974, for carrying on the activity
of spinning mill to manufacture cotton yarn at the petitioner's factory
premises carried on under the name and style of the Sri Venkateswara
Textiles, situated at Plot No.31-33, 37-39, SIDCO Industrial Estate,
