Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ormanjhi P.S Case No. 52/18 corresponding to G.RNo. 2038/18 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section under section 21(A),31(A)/37 of Air Pollution Control Act, Under sectioin 54 of MMCR Act,2004 and under sectioin 8/9 of JMS Act 2007 pending in the court of C.J.M Ranchi The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

In the fact and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender the Court below shall enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S Case No. 52/18 corresponding to G.RNo. 2038/18 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C, and and Further condition is that Petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- in the court below on or before his date of surrender, thereafter his bail bonds will be accepted by the court below, which shall be subject to the final result of the case .
