Considering the allegation for running a Stone Crusher Machine without proper licence causing loss of revenue only under Section 379 of the Penal Code, Mines & Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, Indian Forest Act, Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, let the petitioner, above named, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today when he shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Jehanabad in Hulasganj PS Case No. 6 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
