DATED : SEPTEMBER 17, 2019 Shri Patil, learned Counsel for petitioner, submits that Civil Application No.1947/2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking leave to withdraw the present writ petition on the ground that there is a remedy available under Section 33-B of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 to approach the Green Tribunal.

Leave is granted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Green Tribunal. All questions are kept open.
