KRISHNA MURARI, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) After the matter was heard at some length, when confronted with the observation in respect of existence of statutory alternative remedy of appeal before the National Green Tribunal, under Section 33-B of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and certain other proceedings with regard to the dispute already pending before it, learned senior counsel for the petitioner finding it difficult to answer the query, and also on instructions, sought leave of the court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the National Green Tribunal by filing an appeal.
Prayer made is allowed.
Dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty prayed for.
