Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records 1st Respondent's proceedings bearing Letter No.DEE/TNPCB/MDU/SVG/2002 dated 19.09.2002 pertaining to the Petitioner's stone crushing unit situated at Sukkampatty Road, South Singampuneri, Thirupatthur Taluk, Sivagangai District quash the same and direct the 1st Respondent to issue consent under Water (Prevention and control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the AIR (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 by reconsidering the Petitioner's application dated 09.04.2001.
