        Two   petitioners    are     apprehending      their   arrest   in
connection      with   Pipra       P.S.   Case   No.    35     of   2017,

corresponding to G.R. No. 1611 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., Section 2 of the Forest Conservation Act, Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act, Section 6 of the Factory Act, Section 37, 21/12 of the Pollution Control Act, 1981 and Section 4/54 of Jharkhand Mines and Mineral Control Rules, 2004, lodged on the basis of self statement of Forester, Hariharganj, Palamau namely Pramod Kumar Pandey.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and under order dated 22.02.2018, co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 6633 of 2017 on certain conditions.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, I am inclined to admit the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The above named petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 1611 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and also on the further condition that petitioners shall deposit Rs. 4,000/- each in the court below on or before their date of surrender.

The aforesaid deposition will not prejudice the case of the petitioners and shall be subject to the final result of the case.
