( Oral ) In view of the fact that against the impugned order dated 20.05.2015 (Annexure P-3), remedy of appeal has been provided under Section 33B (c) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, learned counsel prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the aforesaid remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
