1. On 15.01.2015 limited notice was issued in the instant Public Interest Litigation relatable to prayer (b). The same is that (2 of 2) [CW-2467/2014] the respondents may be directed to cover the sewage treatment plant by pucca construction and put an exit on the same height as mentioned in the Pollution Control Act.

2. Issue concerns Jaipur Dairy and sewerage treatment plant installed in the precincts of the dairy.

3. By way of Application No.47710/2016, Jaipur Dairy has filed documents showing that it sought permission from Jaipur Nagar Nigam to lay down a pucca sewerage line and permission was granted on 27.06.2016. After completing the works, the Jaipur Nagar Nigam was informed on 04.07.2016 that the needful has been done. Thereafter the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board inspected the precincts of Jaipur Dairy and on 31.08.2016 renewed the consent which was given for the sewerage treatment plant. The certificate by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board has been annexed as Annexure R-8/4 and the same evinces that the consent is till 30.04.2019.
