KRISHNA MURARI, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) By means of this petition, challenge has been made to the order dated 04.12.2018/07.12.2018, passed by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board, withdrawing the consent granted to the petitioner to set up a stone crushing unit, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 21 of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, [for short 'the Act'].

In view of the provisions of Section 31 of the Act, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the said order.

In view of the existence of statutory alternative remedy of appeal, which has not been availed by the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed on the ground of existence of statutory alternative remedy.
