        <b>To make your decision easier, we developed an artificial intelligence (AI) system in advance of the experiment.
        This AI system analyses the information you provided in the initial questionnaire and predicts your risk tolerance.
        Based on your predicted risk tolerance, the AI system recommends the 5 lotteries to you which are predicted to be your personal best choice.
        Finally, you can choose one from these 5 recommended lotteries.
    <p/>

     In other words: The AI reduces your cognitive efforts and time needed to find the best option.

    <p>
        You will nonetheless be given the option to view all lotteries again, should you wish to do so.
        Thus, the use of AI does not limit your potential choices.

                The AI system used in this experiment was developed using Machine Learning (ML).
                The basic principle of machine learning is the recognition and generalization of patterns in data.
                Powerful algorithms analyze large amounts of data and learn the patterns identified in the data.
                For example, such an ML algorithm could learn that certain characteristics of a person are related to certain character traits.
                </p>

                <b>The AI system in our experiment was trained to predict your risk tolerance based on the information you provided in the questionnaire at the beginning.</b>
                </p>
                <p>
                For the training process of the AI system, we used research data consisting of over 24,000 real survey participants.
                These individuals answered the same questions as you did at the beginning of the experiment.
                Based on this data, our AI system learned the relationship between personal information and risk tolerance.
                </p>
