Great! Let’s start with the main task.

For the next 5 minutes, your task will be to count how often the number one ('1') appears in sequences of numbers.

An algorithm decides whether the next task assigned to you is easy (short sequences) or difficult (long sequences), and we will provide you with this information before each task. In addition, you can decide whether you want to count 6, 9 or 12 number sequences in the next task. Please note that the algorithm is more likely to select a difficult task if you have previously selected a small number of sequences for a difficult task.
