In this part of the experiment, you will make three choices in a row; each choice will be between two wagers. At the end of the experiment, I will ask one of you to draw a slip of paper from this bag; the slips contain the numbers 1 through 3. The number on the slip will determine which of the three choices will determine your payoff from this stage; the other two choices will not affect your payoff. After the number has been drawn, I will ask one of you to draw a marble from one or both jars, depending on which jar(s) were involved in the choice. Your payoff for the first stage will be determined by your result from that choice.
