<p>
    Managers will receive a lighting solution from each of their 5 employees. Managers will then assign each of their 5 employees to one of the three performance categories (Below, Meets, or Exceeds Expectations) based on their evaluation of each lighting solution. Once the manager has assigned a performance category for each of their 5 employees, they will submit their initial ratings.
