At the end of each year, LLO evaluates the performance of its employees. This process involves each manager placing each of their 5 employees into one of three performance categories: Below Expectations, Meets Expectations, or Exceeds Expectations.
Employees rated Below Expectations are placed on a performance improvement plan and receive no pay increase. Employees rated Meets Expectations receive a modest pay increase. Employees rated Exceeds Expectations receive the largest pay increase.
