KEY INFORMATION
You are invited to participate in a research project conducted by Dr. Wioleta Olczak. Whether you take part is up to you. There are no anticipated potential risks associated with this study.
The purpose of this study is to learn more about managerial judgments and decision-making. You will complete the survey as follows:
2. Make performance evaluation decisions.
3. Answer comprehension check questions and post-experimental questions.
Your participation will occur all on one day. It will take approximately 40-50 minutes.
Your participation is voluntary and you can discontinue at any point in time without any penalty to you. You will receive a $5 show up fee. For full participation today, you will receive, on average, an additional payment between $5 and $16, depending on the decision you make. You will receive a randomly generated number at the end of the study. Please take note of this number to be compensated with a pre-paid debit card or cash.
There are no risks or discomforts beyond what you would experience in your everyday life.
You must be 18 years of age or older to take part in this research study. The data collected will be shared with my Co-Investigators, Theresa Libby, from University of Central Florida and Jeremy Lill, from University of Kansas. The date will be combined with data they have collected.
