<p>Your group’s Manager will be provided with information about your group’s strengths, based on the individual tests
    you completed in the first phase of the experiment. They will use this information to make a decision about who
    should tackle different types of questions. </p>
<p> Every two minutes there will be a 1-minute pause. In total there will be 2 pauses, and you will have 6 minutes to answer questions.
    You can talk to the Manager at any point during the task.
    <strong>The Manager also has the opportunity to reassign modules at any point in the experiment.</strong>
</p>
