<p> The rule is simple! When your partner adds a sentence, you will have to
	<ul>
		<li> <b> Accept what your partner has stated (YES) </b></li>
		<li> <b> Add new information on top of it (AND). </b></li>
	</ul>

</p>

<p> Assume, if your partner adds the following line: <br/>

<font color="blue">Player A - Line  </font>: <b> Someone was following me, and I began to run away from him. </b> </br>

</p>

<p> Consider the following responses to the your partner's line:

<ul>

<li> 
<font color="darkgreen">Player B - Line  </font>: <b> I reached home safely and decided to prepare dinner. </b> <br/>

<font color="red"> This wasn't a good response. Your partner wanted to start a story arc where a dangerous man was following the main character, but you cut it off by saying that you reached home safely and started to make dinner. Which means you rejected to partner's suggestion for a story <b>(you didn't YES your partner)</b> </font> 
</li>
<li> 
<font color="darkgreen">Player B - Line  </font>: <b> I kept running so he wouldn't catch me. </b> <br/>


<font color="red"> In this case, you agreed with your partner that the main character is running away from a dangerous person. But you added no new information that wasn't already known from your partner's line (<b> You didn't AND your partner </b>). You're just adding filler sentences and now your partner will have to think of something new to continue the story.  </font> 
</li>
<li> 
<font color="darkgreen">Player B - Line  </font>: <b> However, midway I tripped and fell, and my follower who was a tall bearded man, was just a few feet away from me. </b> <br/>

<font color="green"> In this response, you agreed with your partner and you added more detail to continue the story (<b>You YES-ANDed your partner </b>). You established that the follower was a tall bearded man, and because you fell down. Now your follower caught up with you. Your partner can now decide how they want to continue the story. </font>
</li>
</ul>


<p> The third response was the best one as it gives your partner a chance to continue the story like this: </p>


<font color="blue">Player A - Line  </font>: <b> The tall bearded man turned out to be none other than my lonely old neighbour. </b>

</p>

<p> There are many ways you can continue a story. But the key point is to <b> accept your partner's suggestions and ALWAYS add more information. </b> </p>
