  <p>There are two bags, Bag A and Bag B. Each bag contains 2 chips, and each chip is either red or blue. </p>
    
    <p>
       The color composition of Bag A is known. Bag A contains 1 red chip and 1 blue chip.  
    </p>
    
    <p>
       The color composition of Bag B is unknown. There are three possibilities for the color composition of Bag B. Bag B may contain 1 red and 1 blue chip, 0 red and 2 blue chips, or 2 red and 0 blue chips. 
    </p>
