Similarly, the employee who is promoted to the higher-level position will complete the math-slider task. Again, the promoted employee’s performance on the math slider task will also affect the additional monetary compensation you earn from this study. You will earn an additional 300 points if the newly promoted employee’s performance on the math-slider task is above 10, which is considered a strong performance.
