    There are <strong>3 sessions</strong> for this study:
</p>
<p>
    <strong>First Session (Already Completed):</strong> 
    <br>• Several <strong>real</strong> participants completed the first session.
    <br>• During the session, they completed a variety of tasks as well as responding to multiple survey questions. 
</p>
<p>
    <font color = "red"><strong>Second Session (You are currently in This Session):</strong> 
    <br>• You will assume the role of a manager for a hypothetical firm. 
    <br>• You will be presented with information and actual outcomes for <strong>participants from the first session.</strong></font> 
</p>
<p>
    <strong>Third session (Will be Conducted in A Future Session):</strong>
    <br>• An <strong>external evaluator</strong> will be hired to oversee <strong>all your decisions</strong>
    made in this study.
    <br>• No identifying information about you will be presented to the external evaluator, however.
