    After joining your firm, all 8 employees (4 selected by you and 4 selected by the experimenters) complete
    <strong>a word search task</strong> for you.

    <center><strong>Word Search Task</strong></center>
</p>
<p>
    For this task, the 8 selected employees are presented with multiple matrices of letters. For each matrix,
    there are four 5-letter words in it. Their job is to find as many words as they can for each matrix,
    as demonstrated in the example below:

    The <strong>total combined performance</strong> of the 8 selected employees will determine your additional
    compensation.
