  In this part of the study, you will be randomly matched with <strong>3 participants</strong>.
  For each match, you will make one decision.
  On each decision page, you will see the profile of the participant you are matched with.
</p>

<p>
  The participants you are matched with are real participants recruited from Prolific last week.
They also created profiles and were informed that they would later
  be randomly matched with other participants and that their bonus payments
  would depend on the decisions made by matched participants. We will randomly select 3 of these participants to match with you.
</p>

<p>
  In each match, <strong>you will receive 100 tokens</strong> and the <strong>matched participant will receive 50 tokens</strong>.
  You may either send up to 100 of your tokens to the matched participant or take up to 50 of the matched participant’s tokens.
</p>

<p>
  After you have made decisions for all 3 matches, <strong>one match will be randomly selected</strong>.
  Your decision in the selected match will determine <strong>both your bonus payment and the matched participant’s bonus payment</strong>.
  You will be informed about the selected match at the end of the study.
</p>

<p>After each decision, you will be asked a randomized attention check question about either the profile information
  or the avatar of the matched participant.
  <strong>You can earn bonus tokens for answering correctly.</strong></p>

  On the next page, you will be asked a few comprehension questions about these instructions.
