A word about DROPOUTS page 3/3

Please note this is a collaborative study. This means, working together with your partner is a pre-requisite for completion.

We do our best to avoid dropouts, but we can't guarantee it won't happen. If your partner is not responsive during the experiment, try getting their attention in the CHAT BOX. If they are still unresponsive after several minutes, close the window and submit the study as NO CODE. You will be paid a show up fee and will be invited to complete the experiment at a later time.

If you are not willing to interact, please close the browser now. Dropping out mid-study will result in your partner not completing the study either.

In the next page, you will be assigned a partner to work on the collaborative review. Please, wait a few minutes while we find a partner. Do not leave the tab while you wait! If you find yourself waiting for longer than 10 minutes to be matched, close the window and submit the study as NO CODE. You will be compensated for your time and will be invited to join another session.

If you're unable to complete the study due to an unresponsive partner or the study's inability to find you a partner, you will be paid a show up fee of $1.20. If you complete the study, you will receive a $3.96 bonus payment and will have the chance to win $100 lottery.
